The aim of this study has been to estimate that the number bacteria in mouth exceeds total people on planet. In context, scientists have discovered more than 700 different types human oral bacteria. With such a large present, many diseases may threaten health, especially can emerge. For reason, was employed and conducted 252 healthy Soran area city Erbil. Both sexes were involved ages selected. Swabs taken from 226 participants gave positive growths culture media. biochemical properties isolates tested according Bergeys Manual Systematic Bacteriology UK Standards for Microbiology Investigation. results showed Staphylococcus aureus most frequent isolated pathogen (47.83%) followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (16.30%), Bacillus subtilis (23.91%), Enterococcus faecalis (5.43%), Enterobacter aerogenes (4.35%), Klebsiella pneumonia (2.17%) respectively. Antibiotic Susceptibility testing species also performed Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method Muller Hinton Agar using commercial antibiotic discs. It seems various sensitivity patterns several kinds antibiotics.
